Default restart in ms dos from win xp


how can i restart in msdos mode from win XP?

just create a dos floppy disk... by right clicking on the floppy drive and select format.. then select the option that "make a msdos disk" ... u r done.. just insert the floppy at the beginning of the restart and u r done...

Not possible because XP does not have a real DOS mode.

While Booting the comp press F8 and select "Safe Mode With Command Promt"

u can use the win98 dos floppy as well, i use it and it works fine.just google for the win98 boot floppy maker

Ok just tell me..i wanna open Turbo C++ Lite from win XP. Now i can open it but the dos window is too small and cant be resized. now tell me the solution.

Cant all you guys read what he's asking? Booting into safe mode, safe mode with command prompt, or using a boot disk will NOT allow him to restart in msdos mode from win XP. Real mode DOS is NOT available in XP!

Just press alt+enter.
