Hot Keys

Hey guys today i purchased logiteh keyboard mic combo. It has 3 favorite keys which i can set it to any program i want, just press it and walla program launches. I wanna know is there any kind of software which functions same as this. Say just press any hotkey and the programs which i want launches.

Doesnt windows already have this function? In your shortcut properties, there is option for setting hotkey...

Ya,right click on any shortcut and set the hotkey there in the Properties.

i think once upon a time digit too supplied this kind of software , ie a s/w which is used exclusively to navigate/operate appz with keyboard . its name starts something like robokey or somethin like that . but it is too old , i spot it around 2002.
