Download from http://www.avast.com/eng/update_avast_4_vps.html assuming you have Avast v.4 + or from http://www.avast.com/eng/update_avast32_vps.html for earlier version 3...

Since you have no net connection, the only way to update your Defs is by using an up-to-date installer of avast! from the Digit DVD/CD. The installer detects an older version of the database and offers an option to update the definations.

Use the link provided by sakumar, an exe file named vpsupd.exe will be downloaded.Copy that file in a cd or pendrive(It is greater than 4 MB) from the machine having the internet connection. In your machine simply insert that cd or pen drive and double click the file.A confirmation messege will appear that data base is updated.
Hope this will solve your problem. Digit cd contains an update which is usually one month older.
