Does it helps in boosting speed.. im having intel processor with EM64T.. will Xp 64bit will give extra boost frm Xp Sp2... Also r all the programs 64 bit compaitable...

well it will be faster but most programs do not still have 64bit versions.... u will get all the drivers n all but u are most likely to run the programs in 32 bit mode even after u install winxp 64...

Ya it is. But only if u have money to spare. And most importantly try it before buying it download the trial version from MS site

will all 32bit programs rum smoothly on windows 64bit??
and wat bout 16bit programs?? is turbo c++ a 16bit application??
