Microsoft Outlook Error

Hi Everybody,
i have installed Microsoft Office 2003 and i wanted to configure Outlook, but whenever i configure the entire stuff and then go to download my mails it always gives me errors, i have not been able to get any of my mails on outlook...

can you'll help me in finding a better way of configuring outlook..???
