Default Windows shows Harddisk as Safely removable device.

I have
Athlon X2 4200+
ASUS A8N-E
1GB and Win XP SP2
160GB Sata2 Hdd.----> SATA-1
80 GB Pata Hdd.--->Primary Master

I install the drivers accompained with the motherboard CD.
Now the Windows shows all the partitions as Safely removeable device.

Please help to disable this.

that is not a problem with ur windows....

it is general... the windows recognizes the SATA contriller of A8N-E (And many others...) as removable...
but u wont be able to remove it obviously because ur OS is running... so no problem...

this is usual... and shows in mine too....

not only mine but everyone else'

I forgot to mention.

I have installed the Windows XP in New SATA-2 160 GB Hdd.
And the Windows partition and other three partitions of the same Hdd are shown as Safely removable drives!!!

Thanks.........
I understood the problem.....
