Default Which DVD Movie burning software is best.

I have got myself a LG 12x DVD Burner. But using the bundled software to burn a DVD movie takes a long time, in excess of 2 hours. Most of the time is taken while creating the folders/encoding. I have captured some video using Monarch MV20 Video capture card.

Which software can I use to burn DVD using lesser time?
