Default Use Ypop(yahoo mail pop) server soft for free yahoo account

I have actually want to share this with u(for newbie) about this.

I wanted to download yahoo mails in Outlook using yahoo free account. But yahoo is saying me to use yahoo mail plus(19.95$/year). Instead I can use third party software called ypop by using ypop u guys can download all messages to Outlook 2003 or any mail client. You can also send mails from this. WOrks perfect for me.

Ypop(yahoo pop)

download:
http://superb.dl.sourceforge.net/sou...-win-0.8.4.exe

Is it legal to do this way or what. Will they going to delete my account or what. Please let us know if anybody knows more about. Becos it is working fine. By doing this am I breaking any law of yahoo mail.

Using YahooPOPs is legal... There are a couple of other alternatives also... I use a software called ePrompter (it doesnt support attachment downloading, but it supports multiple email providers including hotmail, gmail, rediff, yahoo, etc)

I am also told that creating yahoo account in yahoo.co.in and some other country-specific accounts will allow u to download from server free of cost even without external software, but I am not 100% sure if that is true at this point of time...
