Default MS Antispyware n Defender not existing together on single Ma

hi,

i have just downloaded Microsoft Defender Beta and installed it. well everything went fine and it got installed and also had a scan.

now the thing is, i already had Microsoft Antispyware installed in my machine. now, it seems that all the traces of it has gone. its gone even from my program list in the windows start key. seems that it has supressed my antispyware.

is it a normal process? can both of these together cant exist????

am confused.

any Idea !!!!!

defender is an upgraded version of ms antispy...name was also changed. uninstall ms anti-spy, run 'ccleaner' to clear pc junk, reboot, reinstall defender afresh. keep one viz. defender.
