serious problem plz help...

hey guyz im havin a serious problem wid a few things past few dayz i usually keep my comp on for 12 to 13 hours n sometimes more than a day since few dayz i feel my comp locks up itself and it becomez unusable after a time it does eventually work my system specifications are
pentium 4 2.4 ghz
intel d845gvsr
256 mb ddr(333mhz)ram
80+40 gb segate hard disk
windows xp home edition orignal with all service packs n updates installed.
in addition to that im running
avast 4.6 antivirus
microsoft antivirus beta 1
zonealarm free firewall in the system tray..

and in the event vwr this is the error im gettin since a few dayz..

in addition to the above i even use ewido spyware doctor spybot and adaware to make sure my computer is clean..plz reply to the soonest n yea ive checked thru memtest there is no ram issue as it says 0 errors..
