it certainly ranks top in my priority for hardware reviews.

I think Tom's Hardware is the best among the above listed . You can also try the indian flavour ZDNetIndia

Its got all your requirements stuffed in that site.
Moreover, it saves your bandwidth by not having any pics or flashes.
