video file format to 3gp format converter

if someone could plz let me know abt a good video file to 3gp file converter

ive used xilisoft but it was not upto the mark

I use xilisoft 3gp converter and its excelent. I use it to convert videos to 3gp format for my motorola E398 and the quality is excelent. The most imoprtant thing to make good quality 3gp files is to have the settings perfect.

Note the screen resolution of ur phone and change the "Video Size" settings to ur phone resolution. next is the bitrate, i usually keep the rate to 500 b/s. it gives good output. but it will take lot of space, like a 1:20 seconds video at 176x144 @500bps will give a file of 2.5 MB.

Just tweak with the bitrate and select the one with good quality/filesize combo
