DVD Burn with Password protection!!!!

Dear Friends,
i wish to back up my data into a Dvd. But i want that Dvd to be password protected so that only i get access to the data stored into the Dvd. How do i do it? i am using Nero 7 Premium Burner software
Will it allow me to do so? Or if u hav others options plz share it.

I dont know how to pass-protect a dvd
But i use this method to burn my data
Use winrar and convert them to RAR archive with a password and then burn it on a dvd

I knew it but using rar or zip is Time consuming, Imagine compressing 5 gb's of data and then burning it.
