Default Ugly Outlook Express...


I use OE (WinXP SP2)toaccess my MSN Mail account... whenever i recieve a new mail, OE diaplays an ugly 16-bit icon in my system tray... I checked OE Options but there was no option available to disable this icon.... i just hate it...
lemme know if anyone know how to disable or remove it (permanatly)

If its an icon like an envelope, I don't think you can disable it. At least there isn't any option in OE Options. There may be some registry tweaks, but you shouldn't fool around with the registry unless it is extremely important.

Just restart OE and it would have gone.
