Using MS office XP with Activated Windows XP

Is it alright to use unregistered Office XP along with Activated and registered Windows XP? Will there be any problem?

I am asking since Win XP is relatively affordable while MS Office is not.
Secondly I heard that Microsoft is very particular only about the operating system.

Please advise.

Dude if you mean to say that you are using LEGAL version of Windows XP and then you want to install a ****legal copy of Office XP on top of it, then please refrain from putting such questions here.

This is not the right forum to ask about pirated softwares and there use. This is not allowed in this forum.
