Default graphic card or T.V card for video capture on harddish


should i buy graphic card or TV card for video editing and capturing on computer
. does graphic card help in editing or its only for viewing on monitor.
what is best for vhs to vcd converting

i think its the same both ways so it all depends on dis:

would u rather c tv on ur pc and record tv on ur pc?

or would u rather wanna play cool games wich need good gfx?

the graphic card plays absolutely no role in video editing.It all depends upon ur CPU and RAM
