roxisayshi Apprentice Join Date: Apr 2005 Location: lucknow Posts: 77	installing win xp hey guyz i hav a win xp sp2 cd. i hav copied all its folders and files to my harddisk. now can i install the fresh copy of win xp without using the actual cd ? i mean how can i access the setup which is copied in my harddisk. i dont hav win 98 installed __________________ ->Whatever Happens, happen for A Reason!!!!! Netjunkie In The Zone Join Date: Apr 2005 Location: Hitech City, "Hyderabad" Posts: 325	You will need a bootable Floppy. You can install Windows XP from DOS. browse to the i386 directory and run winnt.exe to launch the installer.
