i cant aceess msconfig <neither do i can defragment using windows utility
<it simly doesnt start>-----neither do i can access help and support from task bar menu<iyt says helpctr.exe doesnt exist> but can acees by first searching the file-- even when i click a shortcut in desktop there comes first another pop saying < which user u want to run this program
this option can prevent viruses from harming ur computer but selecting it might cause the program to function properly> under the heading run as

Start > Run > Cmd (press enter)
In the Command Prompt, Type :
Sfc /Scannow (press enter)
