Default Dual boot problem?

Hi

I had win me on C and win xp on D, due some problem I had formatted
C and reloaded win me. Now the dual boot option is not coming. I created
a boot.ini file in C when I found it was not there, eventhen it is not giving the dual boot option. My boot.ini file is as follows.

[boot loader]
timeout=30
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINDOW S
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINDOWS="Micro soft Windows XP Professional" /fastdetect
C:\="Microsoft Windows"

My pc is Intel P-III 800MHZ with 256MB SDRAM
M/B IS 815EEA with on board graphics and sound.
Please help.
