Pls tell the meanings of these options in Office Setup!

Guys!
While installing Microsoft Office, if we select Custom option to select the components to be installed, we can see following options there:

Run from my computer
Run all from my computer
Installed on first use

Can ne1 pls tell me what they mean?
I always select Run all from my computer.

And also tell which one should we choose?

Run from my computer installs the selected component onto your computer.

Run all from my computer installs each & every component within your selection.

Components which you dont use or which you use very rarely may be set to be Installed on first use . That means, your Office Installation prompts you to insert the CD & install it whenever that component is required. This option is used only to save space on your drive.
