Problems with shutdown

Can some one help me, when i was surfing the net through my dial-up connection, the connection hanged for a second and i tryed to close the site using the task manager, and then it also dint respond, after that i restarted my PC, but after that when i went to shut down the PC, it is not responding, and also it is not showing the active user in the task manager, I have a P4, 2.4Ghz, intel processor, with windows XP, 256 MB RAM and 80 GB hard disk

Do you still have that problem?

There may be some error on the page U are viewing. Or a spyware is affected your PC.
