Default backuping the datas from tally

1. I dont know how to make a back up file from tally and also how to restore it.

2. In some motherboards bios setting I could not find the bootup option. how could i find it?

please help me!!

for question No.1: in the tally opening menu there is a item called back up. just click that. it will ask you to place floppy/ies depending upon the size of your data. for restoring click restore in the same window and place your floppies one by one in the floppy drive. another method is just copy the number folder inside the data folder onto a floppy or cd. when you open companies you must have seen companies with numbers like 001,0023 etc. just copy folders.
if you want to restore or open these companies on another pc, just copy these folders to data folder. as simple as that!!!
second question is not clear.
