How to increase sound of mp3

When I converted it to mp3 it has very low sound.............

Plz tell how to increase the sound of file

you can use Nero Wave Editor

Audacity is good and dbPoweramp is also very good !
The other two r paid and soundforge is advanced and nero is simple.

The best is the Award Winning "Sony Sound Forge" but its shareware

The best freeware is audacity
