Default SRS Audio essentials installation error


please help someone. i have got a new problem on my pc. I am running Windows 7 ultimate 64-Bit OS. Recently i have purchased SRS audio essentials and i installed it but the installation was not succesfull and i removed it with the help of "Uninstall Tool".
and when i tried to reinstall it, it tells me that "This setup Will perform an upgrade of ". Do you want to continue?" and when i do Yes then it installs but i didnt get any file of SRS on my PC. But when I searched Registry I got Several File named containing SRS .
Please anyone help me out.

SRS applications are,by default,installed in the 'C:\Program Files\SRS Labs\' folder.See if this folder is present.

use revo uninstaller to do "complete uninstall"..it will get the registry entries removed too and then fresh install the SRS.
