Default add a boot option or else my comp wont boot.... what to do....?


help me.....
i was edit my boot settings in EasyBcd by adding vhd to boot option...
xp didnt boot from vhd so i opened my windows 7 & reset the bcd and its showing that i must add a boot option or else my comp wont boot.... what to do....?
i dont wanna install windows 7 again......

First of all. A better thread title is needed. "[urgent] help....!!!!!!!" is repulsive.

I don't know much about Windows.

But you could give this a shot - How to use the Bootrec.exe tool in the Windows Recovery Environment to troubleshoot and repair startup issues in Windows

Atleast it will repair the Windows 7 bootloader, I think.

just wrote whatever came in mind....
was in a hurry to get things worked out.....

i tried as the page said but its showing access is denied.....

Used windows 7 dvd to boot and then selected repair my computer....
Dnt know why it didnt worked for 1st time but second time it did it job...

Gonna make a repair dvd to stay away from these problems...
