MyWinlocker3 not working.PLEASE HELP!

I have MyWinlocker3 installed on my Acer 5738G laptop purchased 2 years ago. Some time back, the software stopped working. The welcome screen shows (as in the attachment 1.png) But when I click on 'Open Yo Safe', the window for entering the password doesn't show. The program just sits on the taskbar (as seen in attachement 2.png).

My yo-safe's size is 1GB containing very important data. So I can't format the hard-disk. I haven't tried re-installing the software as I'm not sure if it'll help.

PLEASE HELP ME. I'm in very urgent need of the data.

I haven't used this software.But my guess is that if you choose to uninstall this app it will ask you the password you have set for your locker and it will unlock or unencrypt the contents in the locker before completing uninstallation.You can re-install winlocker after that and add them back to the vault.

But I've read in sum forum that uninstalling doesn't decrypt the files. It does ask for the password, and then it just uninstalls the software.
They ask you to decrypt your files and copy them outside the virtual drive before carrying out uninstallation.

I mailed the company's customer service center too...But no replies yet!

Without uninstalling run the setup program.It'll pro'lly give you an option to repair the installation.One more thing if you haven't encrypted the folder, just locked it,then you can access the folder items through another OS.Boot into a linux live CD and you will see the locked folder displayed in its location.
