Help.... kernel32.dll is gone missing

i was running WEI after my gpu OC and my computer crashed.....
now kernel32.dll is gone missing.....
Please some one help me.... Mine windows 7 version is 7601, SP1 installed, ultimate.... Please some one help me......

i opened windows again and found that kernel32 is not missing but OpenVxDHandle could not be located in the kernel32.dll .........

sfc /scannow will replace missing Windows files.

Connect you hd to different pc and backup. Then repair window files or format.

And don't be Panic

Sometimes this happen due to faulty driver files.

@pramudit: boot through windows 7 DVD & use the Repair option to repair system files

done..... still the same problem...... however the computer gets started but i get this error in many applications.....
