How to migrate from outlook 2003 to outlook 2007?

I was amused when I saw my friend using Outlook 2007 and was attracted to it. Even I am thinking of migrating from outlook 2003 to outlook 2007, so I just wanted to know how could i get my old mails and contacts to my outlook 2007 if I migrate so. I would be happy if someone could help me to shift from outlook 2003 to 2007

Outlook 2007 will detect and offer to migrate automatically. If not, check File -> Import -> PST _> point to your old PST file

I agree. Updating to Outlook 2007 will automatically transfer everything. You may need to configure mail again.

For mails which you have dragged to other PST, you would just need to reattach them to Outlook 2007.

Just in case, keep a back up of everything!

yups,make a pst and then import it in a new profile in outlook 2007
