Windows Firewall problem..

Hello! everyone..
Whenever, I start my computer a box pops up in the right corner of the screen saying "THe Windows Firewall is turned off" . Click here to open Security Center and fix this problem".
However, the firewall is enabled yet everytime the box pops up..
What's wrong? Can anyone correct this..

Hi,
Go to Control Panel and double-click on the "Security Center" icon. In the Security Center, click the "Change the way Security Center alerts me" link in the left pane. Here, uncheck the option for "Windows Firewall" and click "OK". Restart the PC and check whether you receive the notification.
