its not a virus..
that's becoz in windows debugging information is set..

try this
right click on 'my computer', properties, advanced, startup & recovery, settings, set write debugging information to 'none'

If that doesn't work, type this at a command prompt:
reg delete HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run /v dumprep /f

It must be dump report generated by your os. Error reports generates in case of any crash, unusual restarts, ect of windows to find out cause of the problem.
