Default Application timer

I use BSNL internet. My free download is from 2 am to 8 am .

Is there any software that can start my U torrent application at 2 Am and then shutdown my computer at 8Am , so that i don't exceed my Internet usage

note: I need only free software

You can use windows inbuild schedular to run task at perticular time

To shutdown pc use cmd shutdown-s -t x
Where x is time to shutdown in seconda ,so if u want to shutdown pc in 1 hr type"shutdown -s -t 3600"

Alternatively, you could use one of them Autoshutdown gadgets for Win7. Set it to shutdown at a time before your free time expires.

I stay awake till 11 P.M usually ... So I can keep my Internet turned On from 11 Pm and make the scheduler to start at 2 AM

My only thought is, if something went wrong with u torrent and I will end up paying a lot as my download speed reaches 220 kbps.
So I thought by having u torrent itself start at 2 A.M and combining this with the scheduler in utorrent , it would be much safer
