WinRar alternative
Any free alternative that can open .rar files ? I am ok even if it cannot compress.

The best IMO is Universal Extractor - it' the ultimate weapon of choice of mine when it comes to extracting files - just use it and read the features why it's so cool

Tried using PeaZip, has lots of options but found it being slow.
