Default NAS Folder Security

Hi Guys,

I have a Seagate GoFlex 2TB NAS installed in my office. Now I have data for 10 Users on the network and I want to implement the following features.

1. Every user should have individual User Id and Password to access the Drive. (The Seagate Dashboard gives option of creating only 5 User Id's)

2. The files and folders of individual users should be visible to everyone with Read Only access (no deletion, no editing).

3. An automated backup at a particular time (say 6PM) should be taken from the local drives of each user to their respective folders in the NAS.

4. A log should be created for each user activity on the drive (what files viewed, edited etc).

Currently all the users can either access the data with all rights (Public Drive) or they can not see the data at all (Personal Drive)

I am not sure whether all these requirements can be fulfilled by the Dashboard or not but I am sure third party softwares should do it.
