Default windowblinds 7.2 ! ! !


i downloaded windowblinds 7.2 from cnet & installed it bt to my shock got an error of "trail expired" ... had used older trail version [7.1] & removed it after its period ... tried all other softwares to remove all keys left behind in registry also bt still no luck ... where are the other files in registry which keep a tab of this ??? anyone knows, plz help

It only means registry is not cleared.. Try cleaning it.. can try changing date. ( Try going back in time.)

Revo uninstaller may help. Use the free version, it is good enough for your needs.

neither tune-up / ccleaner / revo ... working ... were do these registry values are hidden ??? cant spot them too.

Hope you tried a deep scan. I think they will be smart enough to rename the reg entires so that you won't find them in normal reg search.

well if nothing worked then I don't know but you can try Resource hacker and search for company and product name. maybe you get lucky .. Have you tried going back in Time

@clmlbx ... time changing only works sometime bt after bootup/present time, its the same ...

@ax3: Trial version developers are smart..they have other secure options not just the registry...

search "windows blinds" in registry & delete all related keys there...

the only good alternative to use a Trial Version is formatting OS....but that too is cumbersome...so what I generally do is use Virtual PC which has reset option in it...no hassles..

^^ you can't use virtual pc on a regular basis but yes copying the folder may work sometimes, when its not integrated into the windows explorer.
