Default Video editing software

Hi, can someone tell me a easy and functional Video editing software. I want to blur the face of a person in a video.

Here's a tutorial I found on the interwebs, to blur a part of a video using Adobe Premiere.
How to Blur Part of a Video Image

There must be easy ways then that to do something like this, but I should tell you, when its comes to video editing, nothing is easy as pie.
So best of luck.

No problem. If it is tough, I am ready to learn. Easy things are not the best. Anyway, Adobe Premiere is good or Pinnacle Studio.

Personally, I like Adobe Premiere more, since it's feature packed, and is the tool which most of the professionals use. Pinnacle is more of a easy kind, compared to AP.
But it depends on the person also, and the kind of task he wants to accomplish.

@OP: Use Adobe Premiere. That's the best one out there.
