Win 7 installation error - code-5

I'm using win 7 ultimate 32 bit S.P.1 (the S.P didn't came along with the previous installation, but with an online update).... now my os is corrupted and i want to install a fresh win 7 ultimate 32 bit... when i insert my cd and boot, an error code appears right in the beginning telling "cant read from the cd - code.5"....whats the problem

@curioustechy: check for scratches in DVD.clean it with soft cloth.

Re-download Windows 7 (if you still have the product code).

Try using another DVD. Or use Wondershare Live Boot 2012. It can recover your current Windows 7 installation. Install it at your friend's place, create a rescue disc and use it on your PC.
