can any body tell me any software which is developed in india which generates lottery numbers like super lotto game, thunder ball etc. i wrote indian software not foreign i know there are so many foreign software .

Sir, I am also very fond of playing lottery but was not successful till today.I have lately red about Silver Lotto System from Ken Silver from New Zealand Website :www.silverlotto.com who claims some success in finding out the winning lottery numbers.I want to purchase that ebook but donot know if being in India can send foreign exchange for buying this ebook from New Zealand under FEMA Laws. Lottery Tickets from foreign countries are banned under FEMA Laws.Can you clarify on this point.Thanks
