Exclamation No printer drivers for Server 2k8

OS - Windows Server 2k8 SE (32-bit).
Printer - Xerox Phaser 3117.
Problem - Can't get it to work on Server 2k8. No drivers available for the specified OS on the manufacturer website, although when I installed the Vista drivers the OS recognized the printer and successfully installed it, but whenever I print document from Notepad or OOo, it simply does not print and in case of OOo, it itself crashed while Notepad gave some error. Is there no way out?
PS - It works fine when tested on Ubuntu and Windows XP.

Did u try window 2008 x32 driver ?

That's for the Server 2k8 R2 OS. Read the description.
