Sir,
Last three years I am using the said software.It worked fine. Few days back,I locked one important folder containing softwares. From yesterday I tried to unlock the same, but every time I am getting message "File & Folder Locker - An error occurred. File & Folder Locker cannot process the folder." and not able to unlock. Kindly help me to give solutions to unlock the same & restore my important data.(OS - Windows XP)

Did you entered exact password ??

Download a fresh copy of tool , change default password with your desired. Again try to unlock.
