Default Can i install MAC on my PC?

I wanted to know if it is possible to install Mac OSX Lion Developer Preview 4 on my assembled pc.

Config:
Dual Core @ 2.7Ghz
2 GB RAM
320GB HDD
nVidia GeForce 8400GS 512MB Graphics

Yes, it can be done. But it isn't allowed by Mac's EULA and hence, is illegal.
