Hello guys i have come across a problem
I have purchased DELL XPS 15 laptop. With that i got win7 home basic CD.
I have win7 Ultimate original CD that i have purchased for my Desktop.
So i can i install Win 7 ulimate in my Dell Laptop.
And it is necessary to install Dell Win7 CD only in my laptop ?

If you have already activated W7 Ultimate on desktop, you may face some difficulty in activating on laptop. From a few threads I saw (somewhere else), MS has some way to record the PC config and when you try the same key in another machine, you need to confirm and all it seems.
