need help with excel 2007

Hi Guys,

i need some (actuall a lot) help here.

i want do create a excell file with some data as shown attachment(name image 1).

i want to use this as a base file.

then i want these data in another file (actuall a set of file) to work on.

if i type ab.... i want a suggestion box/some thing like that and once i select that i want either the ordering code / list price to appear in the next column.

i should be able to select if i want the ordering code or list price.

Guys please help me with this.
