windows 7 lappy not booting

Hello,
I have a tablet of HP
it had vista originally but i had a strange problem where my full charged battery would run down in 5 mins and my lappy wont boot up without the charger plugged in ( did nt run on battery )

so i formatted and installed win7 as its better
i gt d message dat my battery is faulty and got it replaced

Now i get around 2 hrs of backup on full charged battery

but the booting problem is still not gone

Even with the new battery 50% of the times i just get the lights on d lappy but nothing comes on d screen , then i restart several times and it starts suddenly

Even with the chord plugged in , there is no guarantee that it will boot fine , but once i get the hp logo , d lappy runs fine no matter whether on battery or on adapter

wat can be the issue ??

do you have a laptop or a tablet?

looks like a bios problem to me.
contact hp and ask them to update the bios

Its an hardware problem.

Tablets have swivel LCD screens and all. Some loose connection could be the reason.

Take it to HP service center to zero in the problem and get it repaired.
