Error 1935...windows 7

Guys everytime i am trying to install mirror's edge ,while installing microsoft visual c++ 2005 redistributable it is showing Error 1935.The same thing is also happening when i am trying to install NFS hot pirsuit and trying to intall microsoft visual c++ 2008 redistributable.what to do???

Its a problem with registry do a complete cleanup with cc cleaner or tune up utilities

@monsursound: this is a dll issue during .net installation..bcoz the Mscoree.dll is in use.
either restart the computer & try again.
or disable windows installer for this issue.
