Default USB Port Unblocking


Hi, Can anybody please help me in unblocking the USB port in my office as i am able to copy data from usb drive to hard disk but coping from hard disk is not allowed, can anybody tell me how to enable the hard disk to USB drive writing.

bypass could be done by booting via USB bootable OS

just go to run type gpedit.msc goto administrative template>expand system on right side goto removable disk and disable the group policy related to write access of removable disk hope this will work but i seriously doubt it will work if you are using a domain computer.

1) Most office pcs will b under domain , so it wont b possible , lack of permission error

2) Admin prevented copying of files to pendrive or external media for a Purpose "security " , why u wana Bypass protocol's?

3) Yes like ^^ said with LIve DVD/like usb OS u can copy if it is not blocked (Bios setting and password protected bios)
