Doesn't Run in Windows 7 turned off by default?

Even if it was before, you can bring it back, by right clicking taskbar, and fiddling with settings after selecting properties.

You can use the search box at the bottom to execute any commands.

Well, the thing as in Windows 7 there is no direct button for Run. The search box is also the run box,

Just press Windows button(and while holding it) press the R button.

If it still doesnt come up. Then you might be using a Account with restricted access
