Upgrade to Directx 11 or not?

I recently realised that my PC has been on Directx 10 for the past 3months since its inception. However I believe that it should ne running DX11 and not DX10.

But before that I would like to ask; I know its an upgrade but is it better to upgrade to DX11 in 64bit Win7. Are there any issues?

I somehow DLed the DX11 patch(?) or SW and is sitting in my PC. I will install it once I am convince that I am not altering anything or screwing up my present array of DX10 games and their gameplay.

Dosent win 7 come with dx11

Windows 7 comes with DX11 support. Out of the box.

Only Vista needs an update to support DX11 gaming.

Its weird that mine came with DX11.

Win 7 already comes with DX11. Mine also shows DX10. Its not a big deal anyways as you will be able to play DX11 games on DX11. RELAX.
