Need help, making chart bar

I have to make a chart (bar chart) for 30 people of 10-12 months.
After entering all the datas and when i converted them to bar chart in the excel sheet function, i am getting very small images which is very difficult to see. This is mainly due to the large number of people, i guess.

Can someone please help on how to make this viewable easily. Any software or any alternate suggestion?

The chart should be easily viewable on computer screen, without scrolling down much or enlarging the image.

Frankly, this is not my solution. I know how to create the chart..but my problem is when i am using/creating the data or more than 30 people for 10-12 months, the chart gets really really small and it is very hard to look at it.

My question is, is there anyway of creating another chart which can be seen and observe easily.
