security problem in accessing the files

I was fiddling with the Security option in win7
and in permissions tab i checked something and applied it (unknowingly , i know this is embarrising )

now when ever i try to acces my Movie folder ( the one i changed the secuirty settings)
iam getting a messg as follows

"you dont currently have permission to access this folder"
click continue to access this folder
and when i click continue

i get another mssg as follows

"You have denied permission to access this folder"

iam signed in admin ( admin user)

help me guysss (

Goto folder properties.Select security tab.Click 'Administrators' in the 'Group or user names:' box
Click edit.Select 'Administrators'.Check the 'allow' box corresponding to 'Full control'.
