This home screen looooks SOO AWESOME.
i wantttt to gettt this looook
Any idea how to go about it ?

Well the bottom bar is Mobidock I guess. Don't know about others.
One question - This the best you could find ??? Dude I have seen a lot better desktops than this but well personal choices.

There are better. Try some of those in featured in lifehacker, they even have tutorials.
